Springleap.com – a platform that inspires and empowers designers from across the globe – has 2 new design competitions running on their site.
The first competition is brought to you by Springleap and Stepdog and powered by Turbovite. It’s called the ‘Stepdog ‘Powered by Music’ design challenge’. The prize is R5 000 (US$700).
Stepdog is a South African band.
Designers are requested to listen to the band’s songs & read the lyrics on the website and use these for inspiration. You must design Stepdog’s new band t-shirt using their logo and illustrating how music can power your life and creativity.
Turbovite is sponsoring the prize money for this exciting competition.
Submissions: 11 Apr – 2 May
Voting: 2 – 12 May
Winner announcement: 16 May

The second competition is brought to you by Springleap and Hansa Pilsener. It’s called the ‘Special Ingredient’ design cometition. The prize is R10 000 (US$1250).
Sponsor, Hansa Pilsener, raises its glass to toast the designers –
the dreamers that make our world an awesome place to live in by turning dreams into art, design and sculpture.
Hansa Pilsener is sponsoring the prize for the Springleap designer who dreams up and delivers a design that illustrates life’s special ingredient.
Runners up will be given cases of thirst-quenching Hansa Pilsener.
