The 2011 MTN radio awards are open for entries

The second annual MTN Radio Awards have opened for entries. Radio stations, presenters and producers are invited to enter across a number of categories. New categories have been added, including

a Lifetime Achievement Award, Best Sports Commentator, Best Drama Programme and Best Traffic Reporter.

Entries will only be accepted this year on a disc delivered to the awards secretariat. Five copies of each disc are required. All entries must be accompanied by a letter from the station as proof of broadcast and consent.

The deadline is 5 pm on 31 January 2011. Winners will be announced on 9 April 2011.
